Submission Guidelines

Before submitting your material for consideration on Sensimedia's Website and Radio Stations, please review our submission guidelines. Send submissions to the designated email, and avoid adding us to your general mailing list. Non-compliance may result in your email being reported and disregarded. All submitted music must be legally licensed, as Sensimedia is fully licensed by ASCAP and BMI. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to reviewing your material.

Music Requirements

If you'd like to submit your music to be featured or added to rotation on one of our Sensimedia Radio Stations, please make sure your submission meets the following guidelines.

Music must be mixed, mastered, and ready for airplay.
All files should be in .mp3 or .wav format at 192kbps or above.
All files should be properly labeled complete with metadata.

Attachments exceeding 10MB will not be accepted. For larger files, please provide a download link through a file-sharing service (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive).

DO NOT add us to your mailing list.
DO NOT send full albums. Only submit focus tracks.
DO NOT submit without noting which station you're submitting to.

Video Requirements

If you'd like to submit your music video to be added to our website, please make sure your submission meets the following guidelines.

Video(s) should be high quality at 1080p or higher with stereo sound quality.
Accepted file formats include: MOV (.mov), MPEG-4 (.mp4), AVI (.avi) or MPEG (.mpg).
Direct download link to your file(s) on a file sharing website (e.g. Dropbox, YouSendit, etc.).

If your music video is already available online you can provide us with a link. Major streaming services including YouTube, Vevo and Vimeo are accepted.

Station ID's/Jingles

Station ID's and jingles are always welcome. There are no strict guidelines or scripts here so you can be creative, just make sure they include the basic information like artist name(s) and the name of our station.

All files should be in *.mp3 or *.wav format at 192kbps or above.

Example: "This is (artist name) and you're listening to Sensimedia Radio at www.sensimedia.net."

By submitting your material, you grant Sensimedia full permission to stream, share, and/or embed the content on our website and on-air at our sole discretion. If your submission meets the outlined guidelines, please send your material to radio@sensimedia.net with the subject line: "For Consideration: [Station]". Please replace [Station] with the specific channel you are submitting to (e.g. For Consideration: Roots).

Be advised that while we welcome submissions, acceptance does not guarantee airplay or feedback. All programming decisions are made by our team, with potential input from third-party research. Due to the high volume of submissions received, we may only respond if there is interest in or questions about your material.
