Prophets Of Rage Announce "Make America Rage Again" Tour
With a couple of performances now under their belts, supergroup Prophets Of Rage have just announced a full 35-date tour titled Make America Rage Again. The string of shows will start in Cleveland in late July and wrap up in San Diego in October Take a look at the full itinerary below.
The newly-formed Prophets Of Rage is comprised of Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello, Tim Commerford & Brad Wilk, Public Enemy's Check D & DJ Lord and Cypress Hill's B-Real. The group had their debut last week in LA at the world-famous Whisky A Go Go which was met with rave reviews. They'll officially begin the tour in Cleveland, OH where their performance will coincide with the Republican National Convention (what I wouldn't give to be at that show) and wrap up in Southern California at Chula Vista's Sleep Train Amphitheatre just two weeks before Election Day.

Referring to their upcoming performance in Ohio, Tom Morello recently told Rolling Stone it "will be a perfect place for a band like Prophets of Rage to cause a ruckus, and we will be there on the streets, in the field." He also made it sound like in their campaign to Rage against the RNC, people could expect more pop-up shows surrounding the event, saying "we have a venue and there may be venues that will be spontaneous venues, it's hard to say. This is the kind of thing you don't broadcast to the local authorities prior to arrival."
Tickets for the Make America Rage Again Tour go on sale June 10th at Live Nation.
"We can no longer stand on the sidelines of history. Dangerous times demand dangerous songs. It's time to take the power back."
