New Jurassic 5 "Customer Service"
Playground tactics, no rabbit in a hat tricks. Los Angeles' legendary hiphop collective, Jurassic 5, just dropped their first new single in over a decade. Customer Service, from the Jurassic 5 Vault: Power in Numbers Sessions, was produced by DJ Nu-Mark and can be downloaded from their site now.
They have no trouble finding that classic J5 sound, which in this case borrows a sample from The Spirit Of Do...Do off of Edwin Birdsong's 1972 What It Is LP from Polydor. Fresh verses from Akil, Zaakir, Marc 7 & Chali 2na together is enough to take you right back to the Concrete Schoolyard, noddin' your head to new "classic rap shit from Jurassic."
